    Your Wix email - you’ll be asked to enter it upon booking, and we’ll have identity verifications at check-in (so please avoid uncomfortable situations) The dates, location, and rooms type you’re interested in - see the information about our exclusive dates, locations, rooms, and pricing here. Payment information The special Wix discount code - we’ll send it to you on the first registration day via email, so look for it!
  • The specific room/location. the weekend I want is sold out - can I join a waitlist?

  • Can I book just 1 night?
    No, the discount is relevant to 2-night stays during the specified weekends and in the specified locations.
  • Can my friends/family book a separate room during the same weekend and pay full price?
    No, only Wix employees can book rooms in these locations during these specific weekends. If after the registration ends there are still rooms available, this might change - we’ll let you know.
  • What do I do if I want to cancel my booking?
    You can cancel directly with Selina: customer service: 073-3272272, extension 3 Read their cancellation terms here.
  • These weekends don’t work for me - can I use the discount code to book a discounted vacation on a different weekend?
    No. The special Wix deal is only for these dates and locations, and therefore the code is only relevant to them.
  • How do I book my vacation?
    Through the Selina website - just make sure to enter the special Wix discount code to enjoy our exclusive discount (we’ll send it to you on the first registration day via email, so look for it). FYI, if you try to look at the relevant weekends now, you’ll notice no rooms are available - that’s to make sure we get the first chance to book them :) They’ll be made available on February 12th, when registration opens.
  • Is the extra day of this long weekend (Thu/Sun) is a day off on Wix?
    No. If you choose to take the day off, it will be deducted from your vacation day balance.

  • I can’t/don’t want to book a vacation for myself - can I give the code to a Wix colleague/friend/family instead?
    No. This offer is exclusive for Wix employees only (1 room/employee), and can’t be transferred to others even if you don’t use it yourself. You’ll be asked to enter your employee email address upon booking, and we’ll have identity verifications at check-in. Please prevent uncomfortable situations. One room per employee.
  • Who can I bring with me?
    You (the Wix employee) must be one of the guests, and you can bring whoever you’d like according to the room size and location you selected (no children in the adult-only locations).
  • How does an order with children work?
    Children 3+ count as guests, and should be included in the order (e.g., A couple with 2 children ages 5 & 8 should book a 4-person room). Children under the age of 3 don’t count as guests - just let Selina know (e.g A father coming with 2 children ages 2 & 5 should book a 2-person room, and update via email that a baby will be arriving as well and they’ll need a crib).
  • I need a crib, how do I order one? Who do I alert about my food allergies? Can we arrange the beds differently in the room?
