Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that plans can change - if you can’t make your session, please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you don’t cancel on time and don’t show up, you won’t be able to book another session. Since each employee only gets one session, and our facilitators are setting aside dedicated time, we want to be fair to everyone. To cancel: Go to your booking confirmation and cancel directly in the system Send a quick message to your facilitator to let them know Thanks for being thoughtful and helping us make this work smoothly for all!
